Meet Lisa, a Registered Dietitian who understands - and has experienced first hand, the struggles of busy women juggling life, work, and home. Having raised three children while taking courses and working, she’s here to help you cut through the mental load and find balance in your kitchen at mealtimes and with all things food. Lisa’s mission? To simplify eating healthy and tasty meals, reduce the mental load and make mealtime a natural part of your routine, without adding more to your already packed schedule.
Why Lisa? She knows that the real challenge isn't just about what to eat—it's about finding the time and energy to make it happen. With her expertise in nutrition, time management, and kitchen organization, Lisa offers practical, stress-free solutions that fit into your busy everyday life. Her creative approach, rooted in her background in design, helps you tackle mealtime chaos with a fresh perspective, making the whole process feel less like a chore and more like a fun, manageable routine.
As the founder of the 'Simplicity in the Kitchen' online program, Lisa has guided women through kitchen setup, nutrition basics, and streamlined cooking routines. She has now partnered together with Szilvia (another like-minded dietitian) where their goal is to support women in creating simple, healthy meals without spending hours in the kitchen, and ultimately regaining more ‘ME’ time. Lisa’s clients often discover a renewed sense of self-worth as they master these routines, reclaiming not just their kitchens but their time and energy, too.

Meet Szilvia, a Registered Dietitian and passionate foodie with roots in Hungary, where food was the heart of every family gathering. Her love for homemade meals and their power to bring people together naturally evolved into a deeper curiosity about nutrition when she moved to Canada at 19. This inspired her to pursue a career in Food and Nutrition as a licensed health professional. With expertise spanning diabetes management, cancer care, ketogenic diets, heart health, and family nutrition, Szilvia’s true passion lies in supporting women to create calm, functional kitchen routines that ease the mental load of mealtime decisions.
As a mother of three, Szilvia intimately understands the challenge of balancing work, family, and health while ensuring nutritious meals are always ready. She has developed practical systems for meal planning, prepping, and cooking that transform the stressful "what’s for dinner?" question into a joyful, organized process. Her approach helps women reclaim confidence in their kitchens while finding precious 'ME time.'
Inspired by both her personal journey and professional expertise, Szilvia co-founded Beyond Food Nutrition with Lisa. Together, they guide busy women to regain control over their kitchens and free up time for self-care, relaxation, or quality moments with loved ones. Szilvia’s holistic approach combines her nutrition expertise with effective kitchen management strategies, helping clients reduce mental overload and restore balance in their lives.
